Very poorly helped by Maarten Meijer. Printer cannot be pressed by a child. Answer from Maarten: "The product meets the specifications, but does not meet the expectations of the customer. That is why it is closed to us." In other words. If our child has to go to the toilet, we have to flush the toilet. No understanding at all for the situation. And no solution possible. A 1 is still too much.

The toilet was due for replacement. Many options viewed and eventually went for the Geberit duofresh system. Was initially a bit skeptical as to whether it would actually work, but am pleasantly surprised at how well the extraction system works. Definitely recommended.

Friendly reception, service staff stiff and little understanding for customer who previously bought a Gerberit toilet and after a visit to a technician who replaced the fire-hazardous liquid that was previously delivered and after more than an hour tinkering told that it was not possible to make the toilet in order here offer a suitable solution. Mechanic would return within a few days but did not visit again.
