Rude staff
Today I was in the store with my husband to have a watch battery installed. When asked what that would cost, the store teacher said 5 euros. After fifteen minutes we could pick up the watch. When my husband had to pay with her colleague it suddenly turned out to be 10 euros. The shop assistant, who was brought in, insisted at high and low that she had never said 5 euros. Now this amount won't make us poor, but the way in which this shop assistant deals with her own mistake is anything but socially skilled. Bad business. We will never visit Strego again. Let me just mention the other negative reviews about the staff. Apparently exemplary.
Removing a small scratch from a 100 euro watch costs 75 euros here, so polishing crooks is done in no time 20-30 is a reasonable price and they still make a big profit
Changed the battery of my watch here. I agreed that it would no longer be waterproof because otherwise it would have to be sent. A day later it turned out that my glass was always fogging up without placing it under the tap and afterwards it was justified that this could indeed happen. I could have loosened 4 screws myself. Thanks for this "service".
Have gold rings entertained by the goldsmith. We had very nice consultations on how it should be and the result was so much better than expected! Also good service afterwards with entertainment and engraving.
