Jacqueline is a brilliant goldsmith. I had a ring made way too large and needed it downsized by more than 2 - which is the absolute max indicated by most. She walked me through the options and was clear on the risks, details and costs for each option. Despite the challenging task, she pulled through with the most cost-effective option and even completed the project in a very short time, having carried out additional research throughout the process. My overall feeling was that Jacqueline is able to provide a highly personalised experience and with a top-quality end result!

It has been a while since I went to SPOENK with my (now) fiancé, to design an engagement ring together. We have experienced this as very positive!
