Marian is a great host. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The breakfast was prepared with love for detail. We had a very nice time 😊

Nice, clean and cozy little B&B! After being warmly welcomed our host shown us our room. The room was well equipped and clean. It hat some towels, a bathing robe, some stuff to make tea and much more. We slept pretty good in the warm and cozy bed. In the next morning we were offered a rich and tasty breakfast that left no which open. I also liked the free parking and the possibility to take the bus, which starts just around the corner and needs about 20 minutes to the center. All in all a great experience, for a total reasonable price!

Tiny rooms, but delightful services and a nice host! Very recommendable for a stay in Utrecht!

The neighborhood, the house and Marian, the owner of it, are Holland prototipes, clean, accesible, wise, funtional, nice. Moreover, people we met there, from Germany and Belgium, made our breakfast even better than it is for itself.
