We loved our stay at the Rosendael B&B. Right in the heart of the city, you can reach anywhere. Close to the mall and train station. Breakfast is amazing and the place is so comfortable. I would only come here if I were to come back to Utrecht.

This was a very nice place to come to. A small apartment in the middle of the old town of Utrecht. The stairs are steep, but for an adult couple this is perfect. A narrower bed in addition to the double bed made it just fine for two friends, as we were. The interior is tasteful, the outdoor area charming. The host is efficient and nice, the breakfast is good. I like to travel back to Utrecht and Rosendael B&B.
Bedroom, living room with open kitchen, plus bathroom with shower. Service excellent, rooms need a makeover. Various defects such as half clogged shower drain and lamps that did not work. Good internet better than in a hotel such as an NH hotel where you constantly swear on a free no connection. Location in the center. Great for a day out. Price OK.
Great location in the middle of the city center (only 5 minutes walk from the station), nice apartment and a super friendly host who had put a delicious breakfast in the fridge for us. Highly recommended!
