Ton, I would very much have liked it to be different and solved differently. Actually I didn't want to give you a star at all, but I couldn't. I have informed you several times about the state of your painting. You fixed it a few times, but it got worse and worse. So with this, you have delivered just about the most worthless paintwork you can imagine. It is incomprehensible, after what we have done for you during your work here, that you are so distracted from it. I have now solved it in a different way, so I will never need you again. Maybe you have a good feeling about it, which I cannot imagine, but I am very disappointed in your work. Kind regards from Johan Hoek.
