Very unreliable company. Placed a very large order twice after consultation. With the first order, no order was delivered after 30 days, after which the purchase amount would be refunded. Three weeks later I received my money back with great difficulty. With order number 2 exactly the same story. However, after 2 weeks and many emails to various lyreco mail addresses, my money has not yet been refunded. In addition to a lot of lost time, angry customers, this entire process has resulted in a lot of loss.

Customer service on the line, not exactly the friendliest. However, it has become clearer about how '' fast '' they can act on what was ordered a few minutes ago (recall is possible, but they simply seem too lazy). But order often with them, so she does not want to cut, so 2 stars. Mv.gr. The archive. A loyal customer with you.
