Be careful when ordering from this website. I have ordered 2 x sinks on 6 Dec 2020 with "Op Voorraad" status and delivery on 8 of Dec.
It was NOT delivered on 8th, I waited till 12 of Dec (taking into consideration COVID crisis), no delivery...
I have sent an email on 13 Dec asking about expected delivery date, received vague response that it will be delivered soon.
Decided to call the company on 15 Dec, following that received an email saying that it will be delivered on 17 Dec....a.a.and nothing is delivered!!!
Today, on 18 of December I called the shop again and the response was very weak, this time asked for a manager, I was put through someone called Marisja (she is a manager), and now promised that it will be delivered on Monday 21 Dec.... Fingers crossed
I would not recommend any of my friends or relatives to use this shop as it is not credible, and not trustful.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They sent me the wrong products, return link on their website isn't working and there is no customer service. Good luck if you plan to buy something there!
I bought several large and new items for a new bathroom, totalling several thousand euros. I thought the service was great until the expensive bath screen we bought stop folding properly after two months.
The 'customer service team' don't want to know and are refusing to replace the screen. It also took them more than 5 weeks and multiple follow-ups to respond.
They suggested I contact a bathroom fitter, to fix the broken screen??
Looks great on the surface, but not to be trusted.
Bought an item from their online shop 1 week ago. (Order number 10237522). Displayed as next day delivery. One week later ..Order status still shows "item in sending". Not true!
Zero customer service.
Tried calling them since 5 days...nobody picks up the phone. Tried messaging them on Facebook...No response. Tried tweeting them.. same no response. Tried emailing them.. got a response that they will look into it. Nothing further.
The least trustworthy online shop i have come across in a long time! Do not fall prey.
I'm giving them one star because you can't write a review without giving a star.
I ordered a bath that was delivered with legs and an instruction manual. The instruction manual was specific regarding the installation of the legs and they were followed to the letter.
The screws provided with the legs went through the fibre glass with the result that the bath is now damaged and unusable.
I have tried calling numerous times with no result. Once i got through to a Belgian number where an irritable girl answered the phone and said i must send an email.
I received an email back stating that the cost will fall to me if the instructions were not followed, this after sending them photos of the installation manual provided. Any intelligent employee at this firm would have immediately realised that the fault was on their side and arranged a new bath with the correct parts. Instead they directed my query to the supplier but i have heard nothing yet. I'm about to lodge a complaint with the government mediator as they are wasting my time.
I would advise using a different company. There doesn't seem to be anyone competent working in this establishment.
