Long queue at checkout today. Lots of young people buying for back to school maybe? Otherwise things went smoothly during our shopping trip. Found everything we needed rather quickly.

Worst customer support ever. After 2 years we have a leaking tap because of poor construction. Although this is still under warranty, we got Zero answers from ikea. For us, it has been easier to buy a new one and replace it. This place is fine if you are going to buy cheap furniture, but do not expect any customer support nor decent warranty on items.

Be ready to wait. Masks are mandatory and there's now a queue outside the building where you must wait (not exactly sure for what). They let a large group in every 5 mins or so. We waited for about 15 before going in. They offer masks if you don't bring your own.
