They drilled a plug in a tire and that was 5 minutes of work. Invoice € 23.79 ex. VAT. (28.79 incl. VAT) and I say nothing about that. Is not cheap but ok. However, there is also small material and environmental tax on the bill worth € 4.04 excluding VAT. (4.88 incl. VAT) and I find that outrageous. I stood there and nothing at all was used or consumed outside of the hole filling with a plug. I had not paid and will receive a reminder about this. Explained that I do not pay for things that I do not receive or use. I get an answer that environmental taxes and small materials are charged as standard. I also get a phone call from the owner how I dare to get it in my head to withdraw an amount from the account myself! Perhaps it is better to ask yourself why you put things on the invoice for which nothing has been delivered? I will pay the missing € 4.88 immediately but I will never come back. Good luck!
