Two days ago I ordered a charging cable (type 2 to type 2). Everything went well with the order until today when I arrived to pick it up. I went to the reception and asked for my order. The employee handed me the cable in the plastic package that unfortunately had no handle. I asked politely if they can hand me a bag to be able to carry it on my scooter and told me that they do not have. They offered to make a hole in the plastic package.... and I said ok..... As I was holding it, the plastic package unwrapped in 1 minute. The second part was the price. When I ordered it in the first place they said it is going to cost 230 euros but when they handed me the bill it was about 280 euros. When I asked about it, they said with a very rude tone that the price did not include taxes. The third part happened when I asked if the product was a 3 phase cable. Their answer was that I ordered the package, so it should be right.... In the end I asked if it is possible to make a complaint about the customer service and a colleague came and asked what were the problems. Explained all the above and again, on a very rude tone, told me that they are sorry and goodbye. I added the second star only because I did not have a mask and one of your colleagues nicely offered me one in the begining. Worst customer experience ever

Service was fast, speaking English, coffee while waiting was good. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Lucas helped us with all his heart even though he was very busy, we had a test drive but didn’t buy the car because I didn’t like the way car had driven, nothing was wrong with the car, I didn’t like the small steering which was my own thinking. Lucas didn’t mind when we said that we are not going ahead with the purchase of that car. This is how you do a business.
