It only took me 5 calls to make an appointment and 3 appointments spread over several days to actually get my service request done. Customer care without the actual care.

I will never suggest anyone to go there just they are oplichters I went for my focus 2015 gear box problem after 2 days they rang me that car is cleared when I see my car the problem was still there they updated the car software and took 280 from me which was not needed. Problem of the car is still there and they took 280 for nothing.its like you lost 280 or someone just stole from you.if you want to waste money then they are good option. How someone feels like you paid money for nothing and still you need to repair your car.

Was trying to talk to someone for a replacement part, they redirected me to 3 different people and long hold times. In the end they hanged up. They were kinda friendly

Relax zone is perfect and I love this Service! The best!!! NEWS!!! I' M SORRY BUT AFTER 150KM HIGHWAY THE GALAXY HAVE THE SOME PROBLEM!!! I' m very disappointed about the work on my Car!!!

Despite my car was under guaranty (Ford official world guaranty), i was asked to pay for a diagnostic, a computer test, and the hours spent by staff on it... to detect a failure engine. I refused of course... and will never return there ! (staff seems welcoming and professional though...)
