I think these people need a customer service lesson. What an asos say! I was planning to buy a brand new Ford Focus, all I wanted to know was if I could go to the store and have all my questions answered. But no sir is very blunt on the phone and pretended I was nobody. I'd rather drive a cart than a free car from there. Train your staff well before entering the line.
