Initial purchase process looked ok, but the up-sale process 2yrs later to a bigger car was a total marketing scam including very questionable sales tactics. The service process was even more horrible; charging rediculous amounts (€700 for a standard check-up). In an even weirder twist, the mechanics then started a negotiation process to come to a 'fair price'! Nothing you expect from an official dealer, feels very dodgy!
