Tegels in Huis Mijdrecht

I am actually really happy with my experience buying in this shop. I ordered floor tiles because other company gave me a horrible service and left me without the materials I needed after a lot of delays and In the middle of the caos provoqued by the curfew and the snow storm they gave me a really good service. The assistant by phone, the delivery man. Everything perfect. Some tiles arrived broken (something that can happens) and they replaced them with no problems. I am really, really happy with the service and the tiles I have.

No complaints over the bathroom tiles, which we bought in the shop. The kitchen tiles were reserved online. The quality and the design are different than on the website. The pictures are not sharp enough. Despite the elevator, the tiles were delivered only to the front door of the building and the delivery was missing the some tiles. At the end a disappointing customer service.

Great place. Lots of tiles to look at, touch etc... People that work there are also great...helpful and polite.

Great collection of Tegels and well priced. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
