Rare customer unfriendly. Bought 2 bikes there but never again. They don't call for the free maintenance although this was promised on sale! After 2 years you come with a crooked front fork and you will be called back 3 times, you will not hear anything. For service and making appointments you should not be there, it turns out "unfortunately" afterwards!
