After 1st visit already a lot of confidence with regard to quality, possibilities and expert advice from Rob Cohen. Then visited some kitchen shops, which could not match the confidence, expertise and ultimately the price. The installation by Serge has also been carried out professionally. All in all a big 10!

Because we quickly regretted our choice to buy a kitchen at Küchenwelt, communication there went very badly and the irritations about the weather got high, I went to Grando Mijdrecht. I have told the branch manager what the situation was and asked for advice and if necessary. backup plan. This was positively responded to, which immediately gave peace. Surprisingly, he advised me first of all to try to get out with the competitor, because of the 30 percent penalty if we canceled. Then - despite the uncertain 'assignment' - he immediately made every effort to put together a comparable kitchen, paying attention to our wishes and the price. That same evening he emailed us 3D drawings and a clear offer. What a service! That he advised us completely selflessly, was immediately willing to invest time and energy in it and did not make any comments about it or make us feel uncomfortable about it. As far as we are concerned, an incredibly big compliment for this man. He is committed to customer satisfaction and let our interests go for his. A few weeks later and after a lot of hassle, we still found some kind of compromise with the first supplier. I went to Grando Mijdrecht with a large bunch of flowers to bring the bad news and he took it very sporty and with humor. If we ever want another kitchen, I know where to go. Nothing but praise!
