Meubels en Meer "de woonoutlet"

Amsterdam shop in Zeilstraat didn't mention their NO RETURN policy trick. When my expensive sofa turned out to be in a lower height then my living room standard furniture I was faced with the company's HORRIBLE service that boiled down to a laconic one sentence email reply of "nothing can be done for you". DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE OF IN THIS SHOP!!!!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE! Don't buy your furniture here! Service leaves much to be desired! We have received a considerably damaged cabinet. It was a showroom model, but the scratches were not there at the time of purchase. The saleswoman then indicated that absolutely no damage would occur during transport (given their packing method). Unfortunately, this has happened. Not accepting the cupboard was not an option as we would then have lost the transport costs / deposit. We were then promised to send a jar of paint so we could fix it ourselves. Now 4 months later, after various mail and call contact, we still have not received anything. While every time we were promised it would arrive. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything here !!!

** People beware of this tent ** We have been waiting for four months (!) For two furniture locks that were defective when our cabinet was delivered. We have been looking at patio doors in our living room for four months. In total we have now called 23 times with furniture and more (logbook available). Never has Meubels en Meer taken any initiative to take our problem seriously. 'The locks have been ordered', 'the wrong locks have been ordered', 'you have to be with the transporter of the cupboard', 'we have the sick', 'it has been a holiday', 'the person who deals with them is not there', ' you will be called back ',' problems with the warehouse 'etc. etc. etc. They are very good at excuses, but they cannot offer service and or a reliable product. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars otherwise they would have received it! These people do not deserve to have even more customers (victims). Tip: Look further before you are in the same boat !!

Had ordered chairs at the time, but after months I was told in a bizarre way that I could not get them anymore and that was it. Furthermore, not helped or whatever .. Customer friendliness was hard to find ..

Good service and low prices. Cabinet that we ordered through the website was neatly delivered inside and unpacked. Very satisfied, thanks!
