Poor general practice, especially when it comes to how the assistants treat you. And since those are the first people you come into contact with, you would say they would be friendly. Everything proves the opposite here. You call the practice in time for telephone consultation hours; The phone was not answered. If you call back just a little too late and ask your question, you will immediately be shown the door and there is no longer any possibility to have a normal conversation. "Yes, then you have to call back tomorrow," is then thrown at your head. The site states that the assistant has a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. In practice this is from 12:30 to 15:30. How does this happen? No idea. This ensures that there is no possibility to call or say that you are late for an appointment if you happen to be in a traffic jam. They just don't record between these times. This general practice, looking at how you are received, is not recommended.
