I have severe back pain and I cannot walk, and when I called the center to make an appointment they told me the doctor would call me back, and when the doctor called and told my story he said that I had to take some painkillers because it's too late now and you can't come and I'll give you an appointment at eight after the Christmas holidays. And in the middle of the morning, when I got to the appointed time, I waited half an hour, and nobody called me. When I asked the information officer, she told me there was no appointment made for me. I forgot and I told her it's hard to come back because I can't walk properly and the pain is still very strong and I find it hard to The movement told me the doctor who gave you the appointment is here today is not ???? It's the worst feeling I have from this center, they don't have any respect for the patient

bad service, long waiting times (50 minutes), employees who have no idea what they are doing. Have to call 2x to make an emergency appointment

Bouma is a very incompetent doctor. She pretends to be clairvoyant, if she looks at you and you do not look half dead, you are healthy according to her core. Does not test, refers difficult and is very lazy and inexpert. Turned out I had a serious infection, which another doctor had to find out when she could have done that with a simple lab test. Ridiculously this lazy and incompetent doctor!

Poor service and unkind! Was with doctor Bouma, I had a back complaint then 5mn. Later because I could not walk quickly and she did not want to accept me anymore. She did not even have another patient .. will not go to this doctor anymore.

Waiting times sometimes a bit long. And it can take a long time before you can make an appointment. That can then be online again! Furthermore, friendly and reasonably small-scale.
