Funny that you are responding to this message while my e-mail was not answered. Nevertheless, I remain of the opinion that the method of repair is based on trial and error. Replacing parts twice or three times costs time and money for both you and me. Why do washing machine technicians and heating technicians have test equipment with them to trace the problem? The combi fridges nowadays have 1 compressor and the temperature control is electronic, so it must be possible to detect a malfunction with test equipment. It is not without reason that you have measurement and control technology. Perhaps the manufacturer deliberately does not include this type of checks. . I have also experienced Leo's experiences with my fridge-freezer combination. After-sales service works unprofessional without measuring equipment. The solenoid valve on my fridge-freezer combination has been replaced. After three months the alarm started to beep again. Since I no longer feel like dealing with them again, I ordered a new refrigerator and had the old one disposed of. Reason? The repair took almost four weeks and, moreover, there is no assurance that a subsequent repair will be carried out properly. The moral of the story: better replace than repair!

Very unfriendly lady on the phone who raged and does not let people speak. Also the repair has been done very badly .. never again !!

Purchased fridge freezer combination. Now 1.5 years old and already 3x the handle of the door has broken off. Receive a new one every time.
