Can only say what a disillusionment in picking out an anniversary gift from a watch. The shop is very old-fashioned, which you do not expect from a jeweler, there you expect some luxurious appearance. Very impersonal attention from the seller, this one also looked dingy. Could not sit quietly for a while to feel no, everything was settled standing. Clock not set to date on delivery and then also the question do you want the box there ??? anyway (not neatly wrapped in gift wrap either) Worst jeweler ever

Purchased a gold diamond ring. Been back 2 times because of the diamonds loosening (lost) and it was always said that now will not happen again. Back for the 3rd time because diamonds have been lost again. I was told yes the diamond setting must be deeper so that the diamonds can no longer come loose. So I said design flaw? Answer no, it costs 260 euros if you want to have it made, because it is not a design error! How? Why do the diamonds keep coming loose and get lost? Gnome? Never again for me at this jeweler! Bad service and especially if you go back 3x with a defect!

I had my watch made there, NEVER AGAIN I got my Omega brand watch back, and I wanted to set it right then I pulled the pin all the way out. I then went back and was told to do it. they cannot make watches there. I then went to a jewelry store in Overfight, where it was perfectly made. Then watch out if you have something made there ||||||||||

Have my ring reduced here, was helped well in the store. But now that I have him back, I am not really satisfied, it can clearly be seen that he is entertained. The ring now has a different thickness in several places. If I want to have another ring entertained again, I certainly won't go here. For other things they are fine as far as I know.
