Very dissatisfied with the communication and service of this dry cleaner. I brought my curtains away to steam and she got shrunken back. In addition, there was a gigantic crack in a curtain. It was also not the latest curtains so this can happen, but what I find particularly offensive is that this was not communicated. They were willing to have it made and picked up my curtains, but after a month and several calls I had to ask when I would finally get my curtain back. (There was a delay due to the crisis, I understand, but let us know ...). After 1.5 months I finally have my curtain back, I can't put the rods in because they didn't take this into account ... now I decided to have them made somewhere else because I was told it would be weeks again last. All in all, terrible communication and bad service !!!
