After the store where we bought our new tent did not mean anything to us anymore because they ceased to exist, we immediately emailed the importer with the message that the tent was not in order. Very neat handling at Van Bergen Sports, very customer friendly!

This company is a supplier of Eurotrail camping accessories. We had a problem with camping chairs and they were immediately replaced free of charge. Compliments for the excellent service!
