I was this week for the first time, but certainly not the last. Pauline is a super friendly hostess who certainly made us feel at home. We got tasty snacks and the facilities were great. Next time we'll try one of the other themed saunas!

The sauna facilities were very good, however the service and dealings with the customer were embarrassingly bad !. A sauna and jacuzzi require water once and if you give feedback afterwards that it is not nice to be addressed when you have just relaxed, is not appreciated. In fact, you are laughed at in your face and told that you are no longer welcome. I understand that we live in special times and that entrepreneurs are struggling. Especially in this day and age you have to support local businesses, but I would only be happy if this business stops. Then society is at least one worthless entrepreneur less!

The facilities are top notch at this location to be honest. I've read multiple reviews about there being a lot of fuss about water on the floor afterwards, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. During my visit to this spa, I did my very best to leave the sauna as dry as possible. Still, I was addressed with a warning not to do this next. I indicated that it is not proper to treat the customers like this, because once this is a spa. Water is just part of it. Then we are scolded by the owner. I really recommend you find another spa that places less value on a bone-dry floor and more on the satisfaction of its customers.

Very nice such a private sauna! Clean, tidy and fully equipped. Much respect for privacy and very friendly receptionist. Definitely going back!
