Wax treatment very bad. Price-quality to whine. Still a lot of hairs present after the brazilian wax. Skin was badly damaged afterwards. Crazed with finding a beginner to take it off. After a few incidents sent a friendly mail but received a zero response. Tip: pay a few euros more in another shop and get value for money.

I can't rate the facial I booked as they didn't help me even though the appointment was confirmed. After 10 minutes they said that it was going to end but I would be helped so, and I indicated that I had another appointment. Eventually I picked up a conversation from the ladies discussing who should help me now and heard that I had to wait a while. I was not told this personally, the girl I heard talking just walked away. At that moment I had been waiting for more than 45 minutes and I just left. In those three quarters of an hour I was able to receive all the calls that were made, which made it clear to me that the agreements often went wrong. In short, probably a great place if you are helped but if you definitely want a treatment, I would quickly make an appointment somewhere else.
