The idea is good, to have a sauna where you can get a quick treatment. But it is not comfortable, or clean. There is no place to hang your clothes or a changing room, you have to go around with your stuff. In the infrared sauna, there was a bad smell. I don't know how they clean it. But is my first time going in a infrared sauna that smells. The rest was not well kept. I don't think I will be going back there , I wasn't able to relax.

Terrible service, unwind is the last thing we could do there. Bad instructions, the faculties wrong, not friendly at all and a big mouth when we gave feedback.

What a wonderful experience! Enjoyed floating and the sauna together with a friend! Staff super nice and helped us well! What a nice and relaxing place, great that there is also such a place in Utrecht! This is definitely recommended! My regular place to relax! Thank you very much for this wonderful experience !!

Staff not customer friendly. Talk level below the norm. When giving feedback to staff, you as a customer get a big mouth. Very disrespectful, training conversation techniques so appropriate here. And I'm not even going to talk about hygiene. Dirty and bad smell!
