We came at the warehouse to pick up one single piece of small cupboard. After 10 minutes countdown, my order number has started to "be collected". And we waited and waited, I asked, were told to wait for my number to be "green"... Waited for 15, 30, 45 minutes,... I asked again... One hour passed... In all that time I had to constantly stare in the board and wait for my number to turn green, and there was aprox. one order in 5-7 minutes that was brought to someone. Like one person is working in whole warehouse and taking their time. Also, people coming after me were served before... Finally after one hour and 10 minutes I went AGAIN to ask and finally my order was ready. 1h 10 minutes of waiting, and one hour of "processing". IKEA should def reorganize some things, this is awful.

I had to wait between one and two hours for a small order. That's too long.

Extremely long waiting times. Had to wait 2 hours for a 10 euro order.

Liked being here but we should be able to pay for the delivery directly at the warehouse instead of at the Ikea shop (can't be going back and then come again to pay for the delivery). It's just a suggestion. Liked the attention though, and the coffee while you wait for your order is a good plus.

Extremely long waiting times, workers there didn't like to help us.
