Although passing the airfield nearly every day on commute to work, never knew a big part of it was open for public. Nice piece of nature for cycling and walking. A plus that during Covid-19 a lot of big planes are parked here. Adds an extra dimensions during recreation.

Super nice view over the large area from this tower. Liked the little signs along the staircase explaining the height from several objects. History on the airport is also nice to read.

Nice view over the airport and the big game that is present. But stay on the trails and keep dogs on a leash
