Emptying the organic waste container is a big problem. Every time a complaint was lodged because the container is not emptied again and again! Always a meaningless excuse phone call, but it is not resolved. ASOCIAL !!!! They haven't earned that star, but I have to click 1 star otherwise I can't post it. RIDICULOUS

50 kg of bulky waste per year. No chance. As if you are pouring radioactive stuff. Have they arranged better in other municipalities? Textile container also closed for the next 2 months. With the prices of the environment in Twente it is good to farmers as a landfill.

Huge rows will take you half a Saturday to get there. The layout is illogical for all people through 1 gate, while you can easily split up the crowd before you can fill in and pay for free.

You have just emptied the underground container. I kindly pointed out to your employee that under the trees (from the municipality) about 10 m meters away a plastic bag of waste had been illegally deposited. The reaction surprised me: that not only happens here, but everywhere in Hengelo ... and he left ... and the plastic bag remained.

Friendly staff but the opening times are out of date. A collective company should, in my opinion, be open when the collective (who also pays for it) needs it the most. Most people have to work during 80% of opening times. That is why I am forced to go on Saturday, just like almost everyone else, and then you stand in line for half an hour.
