FRAUD
They requested 400 EUR safety deposit till the moment we'll come to see the bus we were interested in. Assured that the body of the vehicle is in a perfect condition. When arrived, we saw the damages and Yildiz said 'the bus is 10 years old, what did you expect?'
He refused to return the deposit, became aggressive and as offered discount. We did not buy the bus, DEPOSIT WAS NEVER RETURNED.
I bought a beautiful E-Class from the dealer. I came specially from Germany for the car, everything was clarified in advance by telephone with the dealer and he even sent me videos and photos of the small defects. On arrival everything was as the dealer had described! Small test drive, everything was great. Even license plates and German papers were made for me by the dealer! Mr. Yildiz is a perfect example of how a good and honest trader should be! Top cars, top advice. Thank you again for everything!
