Operator plays doctor my mother was advised by her to do a corona test. After contact and consultation with another hospital, the cardiologist was called over the weekend and provided the emergency care she needed. Official complaint will according to, but be careful not to dismiss people if you yourself feel that it is urgent, a operator is NOT a DOCTOR.

Called 9 am would then be called back by a doctor .. call back at 11 am they indicate that there is no known notification. Now they indicate again that we are being called back by a doctor .. keep your fingers crossed.

For people who don't know beware. Extra costs will be charged to your own account after your appointment. That is not told in advance. Dabbling out money even with high health insurance.
