Lack of communication and no self-reflection when there is criticism and promises in terms of completion can not be fulfilled. Provides good work, but the final duration of the big job was ridiculously long because Langendonk could not be ready every day because of too many other jobs. I think that Emiel wants to do too many jobs at the same time, apparently he does not have enough personnel for this. This does not benefit the name of the company, and the speed in delivery of a job. Then about Eric: Installer Eric is a professional, that is indisputable, but his quasi 'humor' and condescending statements about women is inappropriate and will soon get bored and irritate.

What a disaster! First promise everything, including quotation. Then Emiel spends it on a subcontractor. It does not show up to finish it and then you will not get Emiel. Does not pick up, does not call back. Meanwhile 7x (!) Tried in 5 weeks. Unfortunately it costs us more than 500 euros to have someone finish it now. What bad! (Then call back in all cases, Emiel!)

My shower faucet had to be replaced and every plumber I approached could only go somewhere the week after. Until I called Langendon. And despite the fact that they were busy, someone could come by and I have warm water again throughout the house.
