I think that Emiel wants to do too many jobs at the same time, apparently he does not have enough personnel for this. Then about Eric: Installer Eric is a professional, that is indisputable, but his quasi 'humor' and condescending statements about women is inappropriate and will soon get bored and irritate.

What a disaster! First promise everything, including quotation. Then Emiel spends it on a subcontractor. It does not show up to finish it and then you will not get Emiel.
