Good afternoon.
Motor of vacuum cleaner nilfisk brought yesterday morning and already repaired again.Top .and that 115 km away from me.Incredible what a super good service.All that under warranty.
On September 22 ordered a part for a lamp: still not delivered. After an initial email from me about the delay, I received a message back with a promised delivery date: nothing delivered and also no response to my messages. Phone is not included.
What a customer-oriented and service-oriented company!
My Nilfisk vacuum cleaner broke down a week after the end of the warranty period. Nice to be answered by telephone. The vacuum cleaner was repaired within one week under warranty and returned free of charge.

I had never heard of the company, I was looking for a specific light and this company had it. Tried to order three. That was not possible because of the stock. And this was immediately clear on the website. So two ordered. They arrived nicely the next working day, well packaged. Conclusion, neat company.
