I don't know why i like the store, maybe because of it's name, Kwankum... With reasonable prize and friendly staffs, it's one of the nice stores where you can get almost all your household stuff. Located close to KFC hengelo

Purchased 6 dining room chairs that are already worn out within 1 year. This is indicated to customer service, and they indicate that this can only be assessed at a Kwantum store. This is not possible due to the lockdown. Now waiting for 12 days for an answer to my sent mail, and the customer service cannot be reached by telephone either. (I have been on hold for 45min several times). I would advise against making your purchase here, because customer service is hard to find.
