THICK BOLD WARNING !!! Worthless company. Top shelf scammers. Placed an order for a pot of wall paint and a day later I received an email that I had ordered "the wrong color" with this pot of paint. I was allowed to pay 23, - and then they could deliver it. The paint was configured through their website. The communication was very non-customer friendly and after a few emails from me they decided to cancel part of the order. Then I could wait 3 weeks (!!) for the refund of the money which I only received after I threatened to report the matter to the police.
1 Star given because lower is unfortunately not possible.
Scammers 1st class, top scams at this company. Particularly the case if you want to cancel an order, have never experienced such a bizarrely lousy customer-friendly business. The process you come in to cancel an order are medieval practices. AND THIS IS WITH A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE NOT ONCE COLLECTED / SHIPPED. Too bad there is no -5 button here.
Visited a week and a half ago to find a nice green color for my walls, the choice was huge. Fortunately, a very friendly lady helped and advised me well. The walls have all been finished and we are very happy with the result, definitely recommended!
Today I visited this neat store, helped by a friendly lady.
The range of various types of paint and accessories are available for a good price. Instead of paying the main price with a range etc.
