After more than two months with unexplained stomach complaints and extreme fatigue, I have not gotten further in the regular circuit. According to MRI, I was perfectly healthy, but I did not feel that way. For this I had run a whole marathon and I thought I would have recovered completely from it. Perhaps I got a virus or something, because after three and a half weeks I could hardly do anything anymore. When I came to Martiene I could run 10 km and that was it. She immediately knew what I was bothering and she also explained why the fatigue persisted. I was heard! She has given me a recipe for pro-biotics. I bought this, albeit very skeptically, on the way back to the drugstore. After a week I walked my first 15 km again. Before my second appointment with Martine, 16 days later, I ran my first half marathon of the new year. I am full of energy again and I am back to work.
