Bad clinic, talk to you about good and fast treatment and service and if you have an appointment they move it a day in advance with the announcement that the doctor must be able to prepare. Hard to reach by phone and no comprehension staff. Don't fall for it when you call for information, don't be persuaded to come because you are coming home from a cold kernis!

Very satisfied with the treatment. Immediately treated on the first date and now two months later, still no complaints! Good, clear explanation and no long waiting times.

Xpert Clinic doctor correct and knowledgeable. However, his referral to the neighbors Hand Therapy Almelo is another story. That is why Xpert Clinic receives 2 stars from me. I believe that the Xpert Clinic doctor, when advising a splint and referring him to the neighbors, Hand Therapy Almelo should have pointed out to me that there are high costs involved. Been to XPert Clinic in Almelo on 19-02-2019. By treated doctor advised to have splint for pink made at the neighbors, namely Hand Therapy Netherlands in Almelo. Upon arrival, the Handtherapy employee asked how high the costs would be for such a splint. The answer I received was that it would be around 15 euros. Following this quote, it was decided to have a splint made. The splint made on 19-02-2019 turned out the same day during use that it was made much too spacious. Do not sit. That is why I contacted Handtherapy Netherlands by mail the next day (because of the absurdly long waiting times by telephone) and I was called back at a later time by an employee and an appointment was made for 28-02-2019 to see if the splint could be adjusted. On 28-02-2019, on the advice of the person who helped me, another longer splint was made because the previously made splint would be too short according to the Handtherapy employee. Then you expect that as a consumer this is covered by warranty, unfortunately not! Today I get an overview through my health insurance and it shows that I don't have to pay 15 euros but 75 euros. Bills have been submitted for 5x handling. I have been 1x and then 1x because the delivered product was made inadequate. You will understand that if I had known this in advance I would never have taken this splint that would cost me 75 euros (a piece of fabric that is glued together with a glue gun). In summary: 1x to consultation of approximately 5 minutes and another consultation of approximately 5 minutes to adjust the previously made splint means that a claim is submitted to the health insurance for 5 treatments with a total of 75 euros. According to the Handtherapy employee, the health insurer requires them to calculate twice a quarter of an hour. This does not feel good and after much back and forth call and mail contact with complaints officer of Handtherapy Netherlands, I was given the promise that the amount of 29.48 dated 28/02/2019 will be refunded. They were also said to be had been very lenient by not calculating the material for the splint the 2nd time. These are the amounts 14.74 euros (this is the only correct declaration) 2 x dated 19-02-2019 amount 29.48 euros 2x dated 28-2-2019 amount 29.48 euros (which will therefore be refunded) I have enclosed a photo of the splint made, it is a fabric cover that is glued together with a glue gun and has therefore cost me 44.22 euros. According to the declaration of Handtherapy Almelo with my health insurance I had to pay 73.70 euros. The piece of fabric and not the costs for making it was a guarantee for defective splint (claiming 5 minutes and a half hour.) My advice is, ask in advance for a clear quote in black and white and you will save on the above expensive applications.
