What started with a phone call, from Washington DC, to Atelier Christian to inquire about a bracelet with gourmet / chain links, resulted in a great experience thanks to Atelier Christian's unprecedented customer-friendly approach. Patrick was very friendly, and helpful, and when, despite the many beautiful bracelets that were shown to us (via photos and video because of the distance Washington-Hengelo), I had a slightly different in mind, a bracelet was changed, entirely to my own. wishes, with a craftsmanship that is impressive. Buying a bracelet from a Dutch goldsmith, is only possible when there is confidence in the goldsmith and the customer is, there was plenty, Patrick was helpful, and responded quickly to our questions, with appropriate and professional answers. It was a very nice experience that resulted in a beautiful bracelet, just the way we wanted it. - wonderful experience, extremely helpful, excellent customer service, resulting in a stunning, custom made bracelet - The personal attention, craftsmanship, the goldsmith's pride in his work, and the craftsmanship that has been delivered.
