An excellent company. After I had a small patio fire for the first time in my lfe, you cannot imagine how much impact that has emotionally. But I was surprised how much smoke a relatively small fire can produce. Within minutes because of a draft in my apartment all was root black! After having arranged everything with the insurance I got in contact with EUROCLEANING. I googled them and saw that this company has a great tradition in ENSCHEDE and TWENTE. The planning manager was a very experienced and wise friendly man. In a good ENSCHEDE normal way. He arranged everything and is someone who does what he says. As a customer you do NOT need to fill out endless forms, nor have to make numerous phone calls with insurance companies etc. All employees were very friendly and helpful. I think most TUKKERS as the Dutch call the original inhabitants of Twente. Always punctual and correct! Conclusion: A NO NONSENSE QUALITY COMPANY! Respect.

The director visited last Tuesday after I reported a fire damage. This had been canceled by the insurance company, but he came by anyway. And that was a good thing! Everywhere small soot particles, and cleaning it myself would take at least 2 days of work. Today 2 ladies are busy with the cleaning. Very professional, neat and correct! They have certainly earned 5 stars. Thanks again for the great service!
