World Class! As an expat coming from South Africa buying a car can be challenging in the Twente area. Koenders Auto's made the buying process so easy and convenient(They did APK, Registration and service maintenance on car). Things that stood out for me personally. 1.Mr Koenders drove the car to us to be able to view it, this is not common in Enschede , Twente Region. 2. He responded very quickly via phone call and speaks very good English. 3. The car's he sells in extremely good condition and very well looked after and he even knows the history of the owners of the cars. 4. The workshop is spotless, which indicates to me how the cars are serviced there. 5. Very friendly and assisted us in some common questions we had about various things in NL. Customer of Koenders for years and very satisfied, will not switch to another garage any time soon. Several cars have been purchased here in the past 20 years and always top quality, good care and always called neatly in advance before anything needs to be done. If I do not understand it, it is always well explained so that I not only understand what it is about, but I am also involved as a customer and know that my wallet is taken into account. I recommend this garage to everyone, only be careful when you walk into the showroom, they always have very seductive beautiful cars, so I always start to doubt whether I am ready for another car. Are you looking for a new car or occasion, then definitely walk in here, maybe your new car is listed here. Koenders gets a five out of five stars from me.
