A month ago we bought windshield wipers here. Helped by an incredibly nice man who has been working here for a long time. Returned today because 1 wiper was already broken after 1 month. A sales associate told me there was nothing he could do for me without a receipt. He also claimed that it was impossible that I had bought the windshield wipers from Brezan. I found that very strange. I asked about his nice colleague from whom I had bought the windshield wipers, but unfortunately he was on vacation ......... After searching for a while he found the windshield wipers, but he did not admit his' mistake. After I found the 19.95 transaction in my bank account he said he couldn't look it up in the system. In short, he couldn't do anything for me. He suggested that I could buy a new windshield wiper at a discount. Then I would have paid around 33 euros for 2 windshield wipers. I didn't think it was a good deal and told him that I would buy my car parts again via the internet in the future. I found the attitude of this sales employee extremely peculiar and not customer-friendly at all. Unfortunately. Bad service.

Bought paint, after having received advice the wrong color. Returned (with unopened bus) and prior to the exchange / money back request, advised by another and came to a different color code very clearly. Exchange was not possible, only the purchase of a new bus for more than half of new value. Did not agree. Photo made with the correct color code. Buy the paint Elsewhere. Prefer to pay more to someone other than another one here.
