Very nice estate with beautiful forests. Next to the castle, which unfortunately cannot be visited, you will find a beautiful small water mill on the estate. The beautiful farms also give this estate its beautiful appearance. A beautiful part of Twente.

Beautiful construction and free to visit.

Wow. What a beautiful document of our past is this water mill in which they produce linseed oil. Lovingly restored and lovingly operated by the millers, in exactly the same way that happened 650 years ago. They enthusiastically explain how everything works, using openwork scale models with which you can see everything even better. The children and adults are hanging on their lips, also because the principle is easy to understand and everything can be seen so well. I don't often give 5 stars, but this mill, and especially the millers, has earned all five of them. Chapeau!
