On 1-12 they tried to deliver the package, but I was not there, there was a note in the mail, without further information. Scanned the QR code and then agreed by telephone that they would deliver 5-12 between 1 and 4 pm due to a few days away. Waited all afternoon, but no one came. Called, but no one got on the line, not even on Monday. An SMS sent on Monday, no response. In the evening we emailed that we want our package (I don't know where, it is probably a birthday present) and asked how we get there. Just had him on the phone and was told that he responded to the email, that he returned it. Where to? No idea! What it is, no idea ...

Apparently passed by for package, because a note was in the mailbox. My husband lay on the couch all day, but didn't see or hear anyone .... Now they have to come back again, but can only call again on Monday ... This is very disappointing
