Who takes the trouble not to judge and let someone else be, can and should experience that the owner is ALWAYS willing to help you. It is up to you that you YOURSELF are sensitive to how HE behaves. Neat case.

Nice employees though. The owner too. THEY helped me with all kinds of questions about my bank account and about sending parcels. Great post office with all kinds of extras :)

I only came here to return a package, but to my surprise the attitude of the gruff and somewhat grumpy owner is totally unnecessary as far as I'm concerned. Not really customer friendly, but I was helped quickly.

As long as I live in this neighborhood (a nice time, as a child) I can remember the annoying, grumpy treatment in this kiosk. No one in our family is waiting here to pick up a package here because of this grumpy attitude of the owner.
