Very unfortunate that the customer next to me was treated unprofessionally today. I had to give the order number for my order but I didn't have it so I had to call my father-in-law. I said to the lady next to me, please go before I have to call, after which the employee told her to wait because she was still busy with my order. The customer could have already left but made it difficult. And there is no system either. They work with folders and not digital, very old-fashioned. The employee in question is dark blond and small.
