Waited a very long time to get my fitness device assembled by the customer service. Wanted to return it on day 51 (after using it twice) but that was one day too late, as they have a 50 day return policy, so they did not allow me to give it back. Edit: I wrote to them as they asked in their comment, just for them to tell me how very generous their 50 day policy is and that they will not take the fitness device back. Nice.

We placed an order a week ago and the delivery has still not been performed. Despite explaining multiple times over emails that there has been no delivery nor note in our mailbox, Fitwinkel is not helping in solving the issue. We have bought an expensive loopband and were expecting a much better service. So far, we do not recommend this website

The customer service was great, but there are 2 rather important points: 1. Treadmill weighing 100 kg was delivered by one single person. It was a precarious and dangerous delivery even though it's only ground floor. 2. No possibility for assembly service in Belgium, so you have to assemble your own treadmill, which isn't simple.
