Clean space, good service and a nice environment. It felt very safe to leave my belongings in the storage space.
Had a space for 1 year, left it because I'm moving away to another country.
They have a promotion that they will guarantee the lowest price for the storage area you want to obtain, which is awesome.
If you live on campus or are affiliated with the university, it's right around the corner (7 min by bike), so you can easily pick up and drop off stuff.
The gentlemen running the storage unit is very helpful, as I forgot to bring my access chip twice, and he was kind enough to borrow me one for a short while.
That being said, the whole unit has good surveillance and security if that is something you worry about a lot. Not saying it's unhackable, but you won't find random undesirable people in the lot.
The whole storage unit is kept warm and dry at all times. The individual storage rooms do not have their own lights, however there is a lot of light that comes in through the hallway.
I had a really good experience and would recommend it to everyone who needs some extra space near the university of twente.
