In a clothing boutique in Leiden I bought pants from the brand Freequent. Unfortunately, the brick-red cardigan of the same brand with which the pants were displayed was no longer available. I finally found it on the internet at Klein Entink Fashion. Because I live in Leiden, I ordered it online. The handling via the webshop went very smoothly and the owner kept me informed by e-mail about the state of affairs. It only took one day before I received the ordered item in good order. I am therefore a very satisfied customer!
