Plentyparts Hengelo is a store that gives extra personal attention compared to the big boys. I needed a presenter for my presentation and they didn't have the product I preferred. They have ordered these for a fair price. Afterwards it turned out that another presenter was more suitable and I could exchange it for a new one, even though I was slightly past the exchange time. Great piece of customer service!

Bought vacuum cleaner. Reasonable prices but certainly no bargains. Unfortunately the vacuum cleaner I eventually wanted was not in stock so I could take it from the shiwroom in an opened box. After a bit of negotiation, there was no discount either. I didn't expect them. After some hustling, as a saving grace, I got some own brand of vacuum cleaner bags for my parents vacuum cleaner
